Sending test results to patients by SMS link and one-time code

LabNa is software for clinical labs, currently in a pilot. It is designed so the lab uploads a result, the patient gets a text with a link, and opens the result after entering a one-time code.

For labs

Built to release results from one staff screen.
Aimed at fewer walk-ins and calls just to pick up results.
The lab stays the data controller. LabNa processes results on the lab's behalf as its personal information processor under RA 10173.

For patients

Once live at your lab: a text when your result is ready.
You would open it on your phone with a one-time code.
Download it, no app needed. Never share your code.

Para sa mga clinical lab sa Pilipinas

Pilot pa lang, hindi pa available sa mga pasyente

Ipapadala ang resulta sa pasyente gamit ang SMS link at one-time code

Ang LabNa ay software para sa mga clinical lab, na nasa pilot pa. Ang plano: i-upload ng lab ang resulta, makakatanggap ang pasyente ng text na may link, at mabubuksan niya ito pagkatapos ilagay ang one-time code.

Para sa lab

Ginawa para i-release ang results mula sa isang staff screen.
Layunin: mas kaunting pila at tawag para lang kumuha ng resulta.
Ang lab pa rin ang data controller. Ang LabNa ang personal information processor ng lab sa ilalim ng RA 10173.

Para sa pasyente

Kapag live na sa lab mo: may text ka kapag handa na ang resulta mo.
Bubuksan mo ito sa phone gamit ang one-time code.
I-download, walang app na kailangan. Huwag ibahagi ang OTP mo.
